Welcome to Domaify. By using domaify.com (“the Site”), you agree to the following terms. If you don’t agree with any part of these terms, please don’t use the Site.

1. Who We Are

Domaify helps businesses find, evaluate, and acquire domain names, and provides guidance through our Get Help service. Some domains listed on the Site are owned directly by Domaify; others are promoted through trusted marketplace partners, as noted under each listing.

2. Making Offer

When you submit an offer on a domain through our Site:

  • Your offer is not binding, and submitting it does not guarantee acceptance or that the domain is reserved for you
  • We personally review every offer and will respond with next steps, a counteroffer, or an honest explanation if the offer isn’t workable
  • No sale is final until both parties agree and the transaction is completed through the relevant third-party platform (such as Escrow.com, Sedo, Namecheap, or Spaceship)

3. Domain Valuations & Appraisal Data

Any value estimates shown on the Site — including data referenced from third-party tools such as Estibot, Semrush, or Ahrefs — are provided for informational purposes only. They are not guarantees of a domain’s actual market value or resale potential. Final pricing is determined through negotiation between buyer and seller.

4. Third-Party Services

Domain transactions may be completed through third-party marketplaces or escrow providers, including but not limited to Escrow.com, Sedo, Namecheap, and Spaceship. These platforms operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Domaify is not responsible for the performance, availability, or policies of these third-party services.

5. Get Help Service

Our Get Help service provides general guidance on domain-related questions. Responses are based on our own knowledge and experience and are not a substitute for professional legal, financial, or tax advice. You should seek independent professional advice for decisions with significant financial or legal consequences.

6. Intellectual Property

The Domaify name, logo, and website content are the property of Domaify unless otherwise noted. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our branding or content without our permission.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Site to submit false information, attempt to disrupt its normal operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

Domaify provides information and facilitates introductions in good faith, but we are not liable for losses arising from domain transactions, third-party platform issues, or reliance on general guidance provided through the Site. Use of the Site and any transaction you enter into is at your own discretion and risk.
